The Beginning
VirtualCup Solutions started from a simple belief: great local businesses shouldn't struggle to be found online. As a solopreneur, I'm the one developing, designing, and building all our SaaS products myself. I've seen firsthand how local business owners pour their heart into their work—whether it's a coffee shop, a salon, a clinic, or a local service—but often lack the digital tools they need to thrive in today's world.
Our Approach
I started building digital solutions because I wanted to create tools that actually make a difference. Not flashy features that look good in demos, but real solutions that solve real problems. As a one-person operation, every product I build, every service I offer, comes from listening to what business owners actually need—not what a committee thinks they should want. When you use our products, you're using something built by someone who understands your challenges because I face them too.
CollectStory
CollectStory, my first SaaS product, was born from watching businesses struggle to collect and showcase customer reviews. I saw owners printing QR codes, trying to manage feedback across multiple platforms, and losing potential customers because their great reviews were scattered or hard to find. So I built something that makes it simple—one QR code, one place, real results. I coded it, designed it, and continue to maintain and improve it myself.
What makes us different? I'm not a big agency with layers of management. When you work with me, you're working directly with the person who builds everything. Every project is personal. Every feature request is heard by the actual developer. Every challenge is an opportunity to build something better.
